Yoga combines mental, physical and spiritual practices and originated in India thousands of years ago.
The goal of yoga is to improve the health of the individual through a series of stretching, balancing and strengthening exercises. Two of the many benefits of yoga that participants report are an increased ability to focus and improved stress management.
Tavernetta is very grateful to have the services of Lynette Kent, a qualified yoga instructor with more than 25 years’ experience in yoga, dance and ballet.
